Biokinectics

WORK DONE BY BIOKINETICISTS
ARE SCIENTIFIC AND EVIDENCE-BASED
A Biokineticist is a specialised rehabilitation and exercise therapist who works alongside allied health and medical practitioners. Biokineticists are recognised by and registered with the Health Professions Councils of South Africa, Australia and UAE.
Biokineticist works towards improving a person’s quality of life through individualised assessment and rehabilitation/exercise prescription in both clinical pathology (pre /post-operatively, acute and chronic) and performance enhancement.
Biokinetics looks at the body as a whole. Chronic injuries which develop
slowly over time, are due to biomechanical abnormalities, degeneration, or muscle imbalances.
The bio’s job is to find and rehabilitate the cause of the problem with the
objective to help you become pain-free.
